I. Conclusion of Agreement

By submitting this inquiry, you express your willingness to receive an offer of legal services from the Law Firm of Tymoteusz Juszczak. If due to the nature of your legal question it is not possible to respond through online legal advice, we will send you a proposal on how to resolve your matter. The mandate relationship arises only upon acceptance of all terms of service via email or post.

II. Service Delivery

The provision of online legal advice is only possible if you present the complete factual circumstances relevant to the legal assessment. The Law Firm is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Liability arises only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Complete data includes full address and full name of the opposing party. This data is needed to determine potential conflicts of interest.

III. Confidentiality

The Law Firm undertakes, in accordance with the legal profession regulations, to maintain attorney-client confidentiality regarding information obtained during online legal assistance. If information is exchanged via unencrypted email, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
